Maya (she/her) joined Nielsen Koch & Grannis in 2023. Before joining NKG, Maya clerked for the Honorable Stephen J. Dwyer on the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I, and worked briefly in civil legal aid. Maya earned her J.D. at the University of Washington, where she was a Gates Public Service Law Scholar. As a law student, Maya interned at both trial level and appellate public defenders' offices and served as a student attorney in UW’s Race and Justice Clinic.
