Megan Haygood
Megan (she/her) is a longtime Washingtonian who joined Nielsen Koch & Grannis in 2026. Just prior, she clerked for Justice Dario Borghesan of the Alaska Supreme Court and briefly served as a public defender in Thurston County. Megan graduated from the University of Washington School of Law where she focused on constitutional tort litigation, Fourth Amendment jurisprudence, and prison rights as a clinical law student and research assistant.
A Kansas City native, Megan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English with a concentration in Critical Theory from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
